- July 2000: assisted San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District with their
smaller learning communities grant proposal to the Department of Education which was
granted in Fall 2000: The initial Physics part of the grant was $48,000.-. The
microfabrication classes will be taught together with Drs. Greg Spencer and Bob
Habingreither. The internship program will be administered through the SMTEI program of
Joe Koke and Dana Garcia.
