ANCHORS' RESPONSIBILITIES
Starting at 1 p.m. on show day, you will be responsible for the following:
Assist the executive producer in organizing the newscast.
Help write Teases, Hello, Bye and any assigned Readers and/or CNN news
copy
Proofread all copy for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors.
Using the Rundown Sheet, make sure that all of your scripts have been
printed/copied four times.
Sort the scripts.
Submit to the executive producer: (a) four complete newscasts sorted
in the proper order, (b) twelve rundown sheets, (c) the pink sheets.
Go to Alkek and set up. Dress appropriately.
