Application Procedures Complete and deliver the following materials in one packet to the Athletic Training Program Director by the deadline of April 1st. (Exception: transcript and letters of recommendation may be sent separately and directly to the Program Director, but still must arrive before the deadline.)
- Complete the application form
- A professionally written letter of application expressing your desire to be admitted into this program, your athletic training philosophy and strengths.
- 3 letters of recommendation--please use this form
- Resume (be sure to include any AT experience)
- Signed Technical Standards for Admission
- Copy of transcripts from previous universities
- Copy of current CPR certification

Once your application packet is complete an interview will be scheduled with the Athletic Training Faculty. You will not be considered for admission without an interview.
