The charge to the breakout groups for session C1 was "Develop ideas that WE as a community can implement during the next year to improve the recruitment and retention of k-12 teachers. These ideas should be collaborative efforts among the Texas sections of AAPT and APS and Zone 13 of the Society of Physics Students, possibley enlisting involvement from the colleges of education and other groups you may think appropriate"
