INTERNSHIP PROPOSAL
Directions
A proposal, consisting of the Internship Proposal Form and several attachments is to be turned in to the internship faculty supervisor no later than the first day of class. Ideally, the Internship Proposal will be submitted at the end of the semester before participating in the internship program because the Internship Proposal allows the internship faculty supervisor to determine if the internship is appropriate for class credit.
Information for the Internship Proposal should be gathered in a joint conference between the student and the internship employer. The employer must sign the Internship Proposal.
Internships and internship sites are not approved until the Internship Proposal has been submitted and is considered acceptable by the on-campus Internship Supervisor.
