Center for Multicultural and Gender Studies U.S. Ethnic and Women's Studies Minor Scholarship $200 scholarships to undergraduate students who are minoring in Ethnic Studies or Women’s Studies at Texas State University-San Marcos. To qualify you need to have a 2.5 GPA and complete and return the attached application in person to the MCGS office in Flowers 336.
Nina Vaca-Humrichouse Scholarship Fund $500 annual scholarship available to minority students minoring in multicultural studies (International, U.S. or Women’s Studies).  To qualify, you must be a full time student at Texas State University (minimum of 12 semester hours) with a GPA of 2.5.  Application is available online or at the MCGS office in Flowers 336.
Cecil Mayo Scholarship for African-American Males $500 scholarship offered to African American male students exhibiting leadership, commitment to public service and making a difference in the community.  To qualify, you must be a full-time student at Texas State (a minimum of 12 semester hours) with a GPA of 2.75. Application is available online or at the MCGS office in Flowers 336.  Must complete a two-page essay on a topic provided.
Charles R. Bracy CPA Memorial Scholarship in Accounting Requirements: full-time student in good standing; African American; Accounting Major; 2.5 GPA overall; active member of Accounting Club, National Association of Black Accountants or National Association of Accountants. Interested students should apply to the College of Business Administration.
Ron Brown Scholar Program The Ron Brown Scholar Program is a national program benefiting academically-talented, highly motivated African-American high school seniors who have demonstrated financial need, social commitment, and leadership potential.

The Harry S Truman Scholarship Site The Truman Scholarship is a $26,000 merit-based federal grant awarded to undergraduate students, who wish financial support to attend graduate or professional school in preparation for careers in government, the non-profit sector or elsewhere in public service.

Jackie Robinson Foundations Scholarships Founded in 1973 by Rachel Robinson, the Jackie Robinson Foundation is a public, not-for-profit, national organization that awards four year college scholarships to academically gifted students of color with financial need, enabling them to attend the college of their choice.
Ronald McDonald House Charities Scholarships Local Chapters of Ronald McDonald House Charities with support from RMHC Global, McDonald's Corporation and McDonald's Owner/Operators, offer scholarships to students from disadvantaged communities who face limited access to educational and career opportunities.
Target Scholarships Target awards over six hundred All-Around Scholarships each year — including one $25,000 scholarship — to high school seniors and college students age 24 and younger
Academy for Educational Development Fellowships Boren Fellowships support students pursuing the study of languages, cultures, and world regions that are critical to U.S. national security but are less frequently studied by U.S. graduate students, i.e., areas of the world other than Western Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Minority Health Program AHRQ's Minority Health Program focuses on both health services research issues and problems that are important to minority individuals and populations and on increasing the participation of minority researchers in health services research.
American Association of Hispanic CPS's Scholarships Accounting Undergraduates must be of Hispanic descent and have completed or be enrolled in an intermediate level accounting course. Graduate students must be of Hispanic descent and be enrolled in a program with an accounting emphasis or be in the last year of a 5-year accounting program.
American Geological Institute Minority Geoscience Scholarships The broad goal for this program is to maintain and increase incrementally the number of underrepresented ethnic-minority students in the geosciences.
Minority Scholarships (doctoral students in accounting)

The primary objective of the AICPA Fellowships for Minority Doctoral Students is to enable more minorities to enter and move ahead in the accounting profession and academe.
